What’s the Best Company for Replacement Windows in Arizona?

The Energy Shield installation crew did a great job. The install process was smooth and the quality of the install is evident. We are very happy with our windows. We are expecting that the windows will help a lot during the hot months but I am surprised that our house is more comfortable even now (February). The furnace rarely comes on. Highly recommend Energy Shield.

Wow.. Two months in and house still feels new and amazing with these amazing windows and patio door..! Super clean and high quality.. Bonus that they are not third party installers.. From the time we decided to install it was crazy fast and smooth from the time we confirmed our windows to the day that they installed.. The install went very smooth and with the little issues we found were dealt with super fast..

I had Energy Shield put in a multi-slide door and replace the windows in my house. After the installation, I noticed issues with the door, most were just scratches and imperfections, but the gap with the sunlight coming through was most concerning. I initially contacted them and they told me it would be five weeks before anybody would even come look at it. After a few more attempted of communications, It finally got up to the owner. Who came out to my house and saw all my concerns and they got right on top of it. He was very apologetic and a very Nice guy. They came out and got rid Of the gap, and fixed all of the other issues. I’ll try to include before and after pictures All the windows in the house are wonderful.

They arrived on time. Checked out our window in question. Very pleasant.

We show them the things that needed to be done (cracks, plastic, etc) and it was done. These were repairs that needed to be fixed

Workers did a freindly inspection. We were happy to hear that they are replacing the failed window pane.

We had a new window installed in our main bathroom and it is fabulous. The team that did the installation was very professional and did a great job cleaning us after themselves. Then later that same day the finishing crews arrived to do interior drywall work and exterior stucco work. The interior matches existing wall texture and rounded corners framing. The exterior matches elevated framing of existing windows. Superior finish work. What I really love about the company is you talk to a person in customer service with a great helpful attitude and not some AI generated reply. Highly recommend doing business with Energy Shield.

So far my experience with Energy Shied Window & Door Company has been a positive one. We have only been through sales and measure, both Jeff and Juan were professional and knowledgeable. Jeff was genuinely helpful regarding some questions I had about a potential door replacement. He listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. Juan, answered all my questions and measured the windows 3 times for accuracy. Our home was built in 1964 and the windows had been replaced since then, but we believe it was some time ago and because of this as with everything else, we believe some rather unusual methods were used for installation back then. We can’t wait to see how much better our windows will look!

We found Energy Shield Window and Door Company through the "Home" magazine. They came out and gave us a quote and showed us the product and we decided to do 1/2 the windows last year and we just completed the 2nd half. We replaced all windows and both teams did an amazing job. Very Professional and on time. The windows have not only updated the look to the house, but we have already noticed a significant change in the need to cool the house. Our old windows were original so not very efficient, but these knew window are amazing. Yesterday it was 100F out and we have the AC set at 80 i think the AC didn't come on until 4pm and only came on about 5x the rest of the day. These windows are helping keep us more comfortable in our home! The office team (Andrea) is also amazing! We had issue with a lost mailed check, and they have been very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone for there great product and amazing service! We had many companies give us a quote and Energy Shield provided the best price and service bar none!

My wife and I are very pleased with the installation. The whole process from sales to final touch-up went well … all involved are competent and dependable. (Energy Shield installed 7 windows and 2 sliding glass patio doors.) The windows look attractive and well-made. And, that new ballast system for the single-hung windows is a clever upgrade.

The company was extremely responsive and made scheduling an appointment easy and hassle free. The person that came to the house was knowledgeable and got me all setup with three new doors at a solid price. I highly recommend contacting them if you need doors or windows!

I am very impressed with the service and product of this company. I had 8 windows and a patio door replaced. These were done by two men, Humberto and Angel, who were absolutely great. They were very friendly, polite and professional. They clearly know what they are doing and they did a wonderful job. My windows are absolutely gorgeous and I am loving the blue color to them. I am appreciative of the quality of the windows and as well as the excellent service provided. I am glad I listened to my mother who recommended them as she had the same experience with this company when she had her windows replaced. I am very happy I went with Energy Shield and I highly recommend them.

After checking with several other glass companies in the Phoenix area we decided to go with Energy Shield and we're so happy that we did. We decided to enclose our outdoor patio to utilize it year around and every window and glass company only wanted to install the glass and wanted us to find a framer, stucco men, etc.. Energy Shield was the ONLY company that agreed to complete the entire patio enclosure by themselves..their men were polite, courteous, extremely clean , neat and professional. In addition to their excellent service their cost was more than half of all other companies...I HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting window/glass work to call only them...you will not regret my advice.
