We found Energy Shield Window and Door Company through the "Home" magazine. They came out and gave us a quote and showed us the product and we decided to do 1/2 the windows last year and we just completed the 2nd half. We replaced all windows and both teams did an amazing job. Very Professional and on time. The windows have not only updated the look to the house, but we have already noticed a significant change in the need to cool the house. Our old windows were original so not very efficient, but these knew window are amazing. Yesterday it was 100F out and we have the AC set at 80 i think the AC didn't come on until 4pm and only came on about 5x the rest of the day. These windows are helping keep us more comfortable in our home! The office team (Andrea) is also amazing! We had issue with a lost mailed check, and they have been very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone for there great product and amazing service! We had many companies give us a quote and Energy Shield provided the best price and service bar none!

I am very impressed with the service and product of this company. I had 8 windows and a patio door replaced. These were done by two men, Humberto and Angel, who were absolutely great. They were very friendly, polite and professional. They clearly know what they are doing and they did a wonderful job. My windows are absolutely gorgeous and I am loving the blue color to them. I am appreciative of the quality of the windows and as well as the excellent service provided. I am glad I listened to my mother who recommended them as she had the same experience with this company when she had her windows replaced. After checking with several other glass companies in the Phoenix area we decided to go with Energy Shield and we're so happy that we did. We decided to enclose our outdoor patio to utilize it year around and every window and glass company only wanted to install the glass and wanted us to find a framer, stucco men, etc.. Energy Shield was the ONLY company that agreed to complete the entire patio enclosure by themselves..their men were polite, courteous, extremely clean , neat and professional. In addition to their excellent service their cost was more than half of all other companies...I HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting window/glass work to call only them...you will not regret my advice.

We looked into working with several companies and we are thrilled with our decision to work with Energy Shield for the sliding door for our yoga room! They provided excellent customer service, reasonable costs, and communication every step of the way from sales to customer support/scheduling to install. All of their service and install teams were responsive and highly professional. The install team prepped the room to ensure dust did not get everywhere. They left everything very neat and clean! We didn’t have to clean up the room after all the work they did to one wall.We LOVE the suggestions the sales rep made for our desire to convert a small room into a place of zen by installing a huge sliding door to allow plenty of fresh air and sunlight in. From the beginning, the sales visit, the estimate, contract and installation, I could not be more pleased with Energy Shield and all the windows that they replaced. The crew were excellent, professional and diligent in removing the old windows and rather quickly replacing with the new ones (especially so because the outside temps were over 100°). And the huge window wall the crew installed with sliding doors is exceptional. It is a dramatic presence that amazes everyone who has seen it. The finish work, stucco and drywall repair and clean-up were also excellent and efficient. Energy Shield Windows and Doors is truly top-notch and a company that I proudly will recommend.

We chose Energy Shield for several reasons…. They make the windows custom to what you want… Our prior windows had transoms which we wanted to get rid of and secondly we have a small guest bath window that no other company could make and they made one…. Installers were great…. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable ….. after installation there were 3 windows with a scratch in them. They were out the next day to replace the windows… awesome customer service as well… highly recommend them…..

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Energy Shield. We had 16 windows and a patio door replaced and the entire project went smoothly. From meeting with Robert the sales rep to installation, the Energy Shield personnel were professional and efficient. Our job required cutting away the stucco, removing the old windows and door, installing the new products, and re-stuccoing. The installation guys were conscientious and neat, cleaning up as they went along. The windows look great and the stucco job was perfect. I have no qualms in strongly recommending Energy Shield. BTW, we met with 6 companies before choosing Energy Shield and after this experience, I will go straight to them if I ever have new needs for windows.

From the estimate thru the installation. It was a wonderful experience! Our estimator(Jeff) was friendly, straight forward, answered all our questions and gave us our estimate.The installation went perfect!The main installer Julio and his coworker were awesome. We kept feeding them water on a very hot morning and were very appreciative!They were on time, courteous, answered our questions and very mindful of our property. The process of removing our two old jealousy windows was a bit of a challenge but they did it with ease.The window installation went very smooth, had to adapt the new window moldings, caulked and then the guys cleaned up, like they were never there. Took the old windows and trim. We thanked them very much and they were off to the next job! We have worked with Energy Shield twice now and have been very happy with their work. We previously had windows replaced by another company that installed Energy Shield windows, and they quoted us prices much higher than when we worked with Energy Shield directly. Energy Shield’s installation quality is also much higher in our experience. The interior trim on our windows installed by the other company looks sloppy and is failing in places after only a few years. The attention to detail by Energy Shield’s installers is great, and the installation on all our windows looks clean and professional. The Energy Shield crew showed up on time and began installing with out a hitch. They covered the floors inside and picked up all their trash before they left. I walked with Ramon the job Forman and identified locks that’s needed adjustment and this was taken care of immediately. They cleaned the window tracks so every window glided and moved with literally one finger. They cleaned the glass and left the windows looking new. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Shield. New 14 foot slider and a picture window installed in one day . This Required demolition and rebuild. Next day - repair of stucco and sheet rock finished and ready for paint. Exemplary work. A few minor tweaks needed, not surprising in a multi-faceted job. These were addressed fully and satisfactorily in less than 4 days from original build out.Would hire again!

Two crews and two days to compete our 20 window replacement. They were professional, well trained and courteous. Did a great job and I highly recommend Energy Shield. They even removed glass blocks in guest bathroom and replaced with a "rain glass" window to prevent the enormous heat loss. This included the stucco and dry wall repair. Looks great.

Energy shield installed replacement windows for our entire home. From a price perspective, they could not be beat. Their install team was good. Their work was generally neat and they generally respected our home. Their finished product seems good.What wasn't great:The QC from their factory leaves something to be desired. 4 of 9 openings had window panes that were scratched upon install. One of the replacement panes sent also had scratches. I am at a complete loss as to why these would have been sent. Some of the scratches were on the inside surface of the window panes, so the damage didn't happen in transit. Additionally, one of the wi dow locks did not work and a screen was missing.They ended up coming out twice after install to make all the windows acceptable. The guys who came for the rework were very nice, but it was very inconvenient that they had to come twice. During one of these visits, one of the guys was carrying a larger window pane on his own and damaged a family photo and the adjacent wall paint.Somethings to be aware of:The time to install was about 3 months. This was significantly longer than other, more expensive options.The caulking around the new window frames seems wider and a bit messier than the other replacement windows I have seen installed in our condo complex. Minor, but potentially irritating to someone who likes neat work.4 stars:Because of the price, I would use them again in spite of the other items.The inconvenience of requiring 3 total visits.The unecessary damage to our photo and wall and the reluctance of the supervisor to arrive at a reasonable accommodation which put the finish guy in an awkward position (which he handled very well.)

This is the second large slider that Energy Shield has installed and each time, the price was right, they provided full service including dry wall, electrical snd patching (excluding Painting). Every contractor was on time and did quality work. The entire project was completed on time with minimal disruption. I would buy from Energy Shield again. No question.

Benny & Ramon just completed my whole house replacement installation of windows and sliding patio glass doors and it amazing what a difference they make. Itt was a 2 day job and they arrived on time yesterday and got right on it. They were both very professional and obviously took pride in doing a great job. The windows and doors were made to order in their factory and each fit perfectly as they should the first time they were put in place and no doubt will be a huge improvement to keep my house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The products are made here in Phoenix to deal with the extreme heat and fine dust and they have a warranty that backs up their product claims. I was happy with my decision to buy Energy Shield and even happier now after the install. Great product, expert installers and very happy customer. OMG, SO happy with these people! Our new windows are wonderful, and made us realize just how bad our 23-year-old builder-grade windows were. Their crew was on time and did a great job cleaning up afterward. We chose this company because they manufacture locally, have their own crew (no subs), and give a lifetime warranty on the windows and mechanisms. The consultant that met with us gave us a couple of great ideas for changing the design a bit of a couple of windows, which really made things look more high-end. AND they were about half the price of "the other guy" - bonus!

I am amending my review. Company contacted me and moved my stucco fix up to the 21st. Crew came this morning, on time, and got right to work. Not only did they do a beautiful job matching the stucco texture, they poured a concrete support under the lip of the door so it won't flex. They also need brought me a screen door. They were fast and friendly and cleaned up everything. Very happy now.I am not finished dealing with this company, so maybe it's too early to post a 2 star review. The 2 installers showed up on time and got straight to work. We had already removed the inside mounding and threshold because we wanted to keep it. They did not score the stucco on the outside and so, of course it tore away in 3 areas. They told us the stucco repair crew would be out on Monday to repair the holes and drop off the screen door, which was sent to us broken. Monday morning I got a call to schedule stucco repair. First available date, May 23,over 4 weeks out. And sliding screens are on back order. Can't leave slider open due to no screen and when I am sitting on my patio I get to look at 3 ragged holes in the house. Very disappointing. Hopefully things will get fixed properly.

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. A+ company, A+ service, A+ product, A+ price. We had to have two doors replaced from our home to our backyard to pass pool inspection (old doors opened the wrong way and not self-latching). We got two other bids, one for triple their price, and one for double. Maybe there's someone out there that can do it for less, but we felt their price was fair for the custom-size products we needed and installation; plus the patio sliders are made here in AZ. The installers and frame/stucco repair were polite, efficient, and cleaned everything up. The Maricopa County home shows are full of window and door companies. Just go with Energy Shield and skip the sales pitches unless you're really in to having your doors hand crafted by the Amish or whatever nonsense. Yeah, maybe a top-hung patio slider is amazing, but not for double the cost. Only downside was manufacturing time and availability of installation crews (they don't use subcontractors). About 4 months from contract to install. Surprisingly enough (or maybe not so surprising), our doors are installed and we passed pool barrier inspection, yet the pool is still not completed. 5 stars. Next year we'll probably get some windows replaced and we're not going to bother getting quotes, we'll just call Mike B.

Before we bought windows we decided to look at there showroom,to our surprise nice girl gave us a tour of the factory. After five bids from other company's we chose Energy Shield.

This is the 2nd time we have had aged windows replaced by Energy Shield & will schedule replacement of the rest. First experience was great. The 2 installers that came out yesterday were really impressive. They installed 5 windows, one was the big front window, in approximately 6 hours. It was 106-degrees with high humidity. They were so quiet except for expected occasional equipment noise, that I was able to work without interruption. Looking forward to getting the rest replaced. We really appreciate the noise, heat & dust reduction we have with these windows.

I highly recommend Energy Shield for many reasons. They have a good product, made locally. They called to notify me about every date and detail concerning the installation. The finish work was professional and all of the installers were polite and easy to communicate . The bidding process was precise and work was completed as bid. We had three other bids and none of them informed us as well as Energy Shield, and carried through until finish. We love the windows..all eleven of them, including exterior door and two large sliders. What more an I say!

This company is one of the few out there that has the staff and expertise to perform new construction for windows and doors. We took out a wall in our kitchen that went out to our patio and replaced it with a 3 panel sliding door. We also took out an arcadia door and replaced it with a window. Did we run into hiccups? You bet we did, especially with the supply chain issues going on the last several years. This company worked to communicate every step of the way. From Robert the initial sales person, to the owner, the officer manager, the finance gal, the installation crew, the finishing crew, all were easy to work with and committed to resolving every blip that occurred. No complicated job is problem free, and the folks with this company stand head and shoulders above all others. We highly recommend them for your next project!

Recently had glass sliding patio door installed. Louis & Benny did an outstanding job replacing door. Refreshing to have actual professional craftsman working on my home. The stucco repair guys are just as impressive. Lupe & Alex did an outstanding job of repairing stucco and matching texture. I could not be happier with the finished product! This company uses it's own employees, no subcontractors. I Highly recommend Energy Shield for your door and window replacement!

Our original construction, dual pane, 23 year old windows failed with water leaks, dust leaks and condensation on the inside of the window panes. We researched four different window companies with both "overlay" and "remove and replace" options. We chose the remove and replace option. This happens on two different days. The first is remove and replace. The second is stucco and drywall repair. I spent a life time in construction in multiple states and countries in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Cesar and his crew did the stucco and drywall repair. In all of my construction experience, I have never seen such a hard working crew with an obvious concern for the proper level of quality. They accepted my few requests with a polite "yes sir". Anyone will tell you that the replacement stucco finish may not be a perfect match. Cesar and crew's was a perfect match!As far as the windows go, we chose the vinyl, beige frame, low E, green tint, argon gas filled. We are excited to get our first full month electricity bill. The house looks good, is cooler, glare free and quieter!Thank you Energy Shield!
