- The median job grew through 2026. From $6,890 in the last quarter of 2025 to $9,526 in the third quarter of 2026. Comparing the same quarters a year apart, the second quarter went from $7,914 to $9,209 and the third from $7,113 to $9,526.
- Fall and winter are the quiet season. The last quarter of 2025 had the fewest jobs (97) and the lowest median.
- Spring is the busiest. The second quarter of 2026 had 175 jobs, the most of any quarter, as homeowners replace windows before the heat.

Our per-window prices are the same across the metro, so city differences mostly reflect the size of the typical job: how many windows, how big, and whether doors come with them.
What drives the price of your job
- How many openings. A job with one patio door and a job with 18 windows are both "a job". The per-window price ($635 to $890 installed) is the better guide for planning.
- Size and style. Picture windows, sliders, and single hungs differ, and large openings cost more.
- Glass package. LoE³-340+ blocks the most heat (SHGC 0.14 to 0.16); LoE³-366 lets in more light. See what low-E glass does at 115°F.
- Doors. Entry doors run $1,500 to $6,000 and security doors $650 to $8,000, installed; a sliding or multi-slide door adds more than a window.
- Bigger projects. Patio enclosures ($10,000 to $40,000) and casitas push the top of the range.
Every installed price includes our lifetime warranty on product and installation, transferable to the second owner.
