I had Energy Shield put in a multi-slide door and replace the windows in my house. After the installation, I noticed issues with the door, most were just scratches and imperfections, but the gap with the sunlight coming through was most concerning. I initially contacted them and they told me it would be five weeks before anybody would even come look at it. After a few more attempted of communications, It finally got up to the owner. Who came out to my house and saw all my concerns and they got right on top of it. He was very apologetic and a very Nice guy. They came out and got rid Of the gap, and fixed all of the other issues. I’ll try to include before and after pictures All the windows in the house are wonderful.

We had a new window installed in our main bathroom and it is fabulous. The team that did the installation was very professional and did a great job cleaning us after themselves. Then later that same day the finishing crews arrived to do interior drywall work and exterior stucco work. The interior matches existing wall texture and rounded corners framing. The exterior matches elevated framing of existing windows. Superior finish work. What I really love about the company is you talk to a person in customer service with a great helpful attitude and not some AI generated reply. Highly recommend doing business with Energy Shield.

Our home was built in 1964 and the windows had been replaced since then, but we believe it was some time ago and because of this as with everything else, we believe some rather unusual methods were used for installation back then. We found Energy Shield Window and Door Company through the "Home" magazine. They came out and gave us a quote and showed us the product and we decided to do 1/2 the windows last year and we just completed the 2nd half. We replaced all windows and both teams did an amazing job. Very Professional and on time. The windows have not only updated the look to the house, but we have already noticed a significant change in the need to cool the house. Our old windows were original so not very efficient, but these knew window are amazing. Yesterday it was 100F out and we have the AC set at 80 i think the AC didn't come on until 4pm and only came on about 5x the rest of the day. These windows are helping keep us more comfortable in our home! The office team (Andrea) is also amazing! We had issue with a lost mailed check, and they have been very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone for there great product and amazing service! We had many companies give us a quote and Energy Shield provided the best price and service bar none!

I am very impressed with the service and product of this company. I had 8 windows and a patio door replaced. These were done by two men, Humberto and Angel, who were absolutely great. They were very friendly, polite and professional. They clearly know what they are doing and they did a wonderful job. My windows are absolutely gorgeous and I am loving the blue color to them. I am appreciative of the quality of the windows and as well as the excellent service provided. I am glad I listened to my mother who recommended them as she had the same experience with this company when she had her windows replaced. After checking with several other glass companies in the Phoenix area we decided to go with Energy Shield and we're so happy that we did. We decided to enclose our outdoor patio to utilize it year around and every window and glass company only wanted to install the glass and wanted us to find a framer, stucco men, etc.. Energy Shield was the ONLY company that agreed to complete the entire patio enclosure by themselves..their men were polite, courteous, extremely clean , neat and professional. In addition to their excellent service their cost was more than half of all other companies...I HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting window/glass work to call only them...you will not regret my advice.

We looked into working with several companies and we are thrilled with our decision to work with Energy Shield for the sliding door for our yoga room! They provided excellent customer service, reasonable costs, and communication every step of the way from sales to customer support/scheduling to install. All of their service and install teams were responsive and highly professional. The install team prepped the room to ensure dust did not get everywhere. They left everything very neat and clean! From the beginning, the sales visit, the estimate, contract and installation, I could not be more pleased with Energy Shield and all the windows that they replaced. The crew were excellent, professional and diligent in removing the old windows and rather quickly replacing with the new ones (especially so because the outside temps were over 100°). And the huge window wall the crew installed with sliding doors is exceptional. It is a dramatic presence that amazes everyone who has seen it. The finish work, stucco and drywall repair and clean-up were also excellent and efficient. Energy Shield Windows and Doors is truly top-notch and a company that I proudly will recommend.

We chose Energy Shield for several reasons…. They make the windows custom to what you want… Our prior windows had transoms which we wanted to get rid of and secondly we have a small guest bath window that no other company could make and they made one…. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Energy Shield. We had 16 windows and a patio door replaced and the entire project went smoothly. From meeting with Robert the sales rep to installation, the Energy Shield personnel were professional and efficient. Our job required cutting away the stucco, removing the old windows and door, installing the new products, and re-stuccoing. The installation guys were conscientious and neat, cleaning up as they went along. The windows look great and the stucco job was perfect. I have no qualms in strongly recommending Energy Shield. From the estimate thru the installation. It was a wonderful experience! Our estimator(Jeff) was friendly, straight forward, answered all our questions and gave us our estimate.The installation went perfect!The main installer Julio and his coworker were awesome. We kept feeding them water on a very hot morning and were very appreciative!They were on time, courteous, answered our questions and very mindful of our property. The process of removing our two old jealousy windows was a bit of a challenge but they did it with ease.The window installation went very smooth, had to adapt the new window moldings, caulked and then the guys cleaned up, like they were never there. The Energy Shield crew showed up on time and began installing with out a hitch. They covered the floors inside and picked up all their trash before they left. I walked with Ramon the job Forman and identified locks that’s needed adjustment and this was taken care of immediately. They cleaned the window tracks so every window glided and moved with literally one finger. They cleaned the glass and left the windows looking new. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Shield.
