My project was whole house replacement, including a sunroom with windows on three sides. I live in Sun City and wanted acoustic laminated glass due to jets overhead. I also wanted to convert the existing very large sunroom sliders to picture windows. I spent 8 months looking for a vendor who could do acoustic glass and in this size. I was on the verge of thinking I'd never find what I wanted and was going to have to make big compromises. I'm so grateful Energy Shield and its owner was willing to learn all about acoustic glass and take on this project for me. My new windows are nothing short of life-changing. The views from my sunroom are now truly spectacular, and the sound reduction from the acoustic glass has taken the overhead jets from a long roar to barely noticeable. The installation crew was also wonderful. The cost was very reasonable.

Ordered new windows and sliding glass doors for my home. Price was fair, quality is great, the installation team was professional. A 9' and 6' sliding glass door, and six other windows were installed in one day. They took great care to clean up everything as they went. The removal and installation was so surgical we have no repairs, and minimal touch up painting. I would certainly use them again, and definitely recommend Energy Shield for your window needs! Update... 5 years later May 2026, had a broken window on our slider from a rock from a mower. Within an hour they had the window ordered, the installation date, and the time. The installation was this morning. Customer service was perfect from start to finish. Still recommend this business!!

So far my experience with Energy Shied Window & Door Company has been a positive one. We have only been through sales and measure, both Jeff and Juan were professional and knowledgeable. Jeff was genuinely helpful regarding some questions I had about a potential door replacement. He listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. I will update this review once my windows have been installed. My windows have been installed and Energy Shield did not disappoint with continued professionalism! The install took 3 days, all 3 days we were informed via text who would be coming, what time starting time was and crew size. They were efficient and cleaned up the job site when they completed each day. One of the windows came in broken which has been replaced. We are very happy with this company as well as our new windows.

The Energy Shield installation crew did a great job. The install process was smooth and the quality of the install is evident. We are very happy with our windows. We are expecting that the windows will help a lot during the hot months but I am surprised that our house is more comfortable even now (February). The furnace rarely comes on. Highly recommend Energy Shield.

Wow.. Two months in and house still feels new and amazing with these amazing windows and patio door..! Super clean and high quality.. Bonus that they are not third party installers.. From the time we decided to install it was crazy fast and smooth from the time we confirmed our windows to the day that they installed.. The install went very smooth and with the little issues we found were dealt with super fast.. Yup we are defiantly grateful and happy for choosing Energy Shied Windows and Doors..!!

I had Energy Shield put in a multi-slide door and replace the windows in my house. After the installation, I noticed issues with the door, most were just scratches and imperfections, but the gap with the sunlight coming through was most concerning. I initially contacted them and they told me it would be five weeks before anybody would even come look at it. After a few more attempted of communications, It finally got up to the owner. Who came out to my house and saw all my concerns and they got right on top of it. He was very apologetic and a very Nice guy. They came out and got rid Of the gap, and fixed all of the other issues. I’ll try to include before and after pictures All the windows in the house are wonderful.

We show them the things that needed to be done (cracks, plastic, etc) and it was done. These were repairs that needed to be fixed

We had a new window installed in our main bathroom and it is fabulous. The team that did the installation was very professional and did a great job cleaning us after themselves. Then later that same day the finishing crews arrived to do interior drywall work and exterior stucco work. The interior matches existing wall texture and rounded corners framing. The exterior matches elevated framing of existing windows. Superior finish work. What I really love about the company is you talk to a person in customer service with a great helpful attitude and not some AI generated reply. Highly recommend doing business with Energy Shield.

Juan, answered all my questions and measured the windows 3 times for accuracy. Our home was built in 1964 and the windows had been replaced since then, but we believe it was some time ago and because of this as with everything else, we believe some rather unusual methods were used for installation back then. We can’t wait to see how much better our windows will look!
