We found Energy Shield Window and Door Company through the "Home" magazine. They came out and gave us a quote and showed us the product and we decided to do 1/2 the windows last year and we just completed the 2nd half. We replaced all windows and both teams did an amazing job. Very Professional and on time. The windows have not only updated the look to the house, but we have already noticed a significant change in the need to cool the house. Our old windows were original so not very efficient, but these knew window are amazing. Yesterday it was 100F out and we have the AC set at 80 i think the AC didn't come on until 4pm and only came on about 5x the rest of the day. These windows are helping keep us more comfortable in our home! The office team (Andrea) is also amazing! We had issue with a lost mailed check, and they have been very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone for there great product and amazing service! We had many companies give us a quote and Energy Shield provided the best price and service bar none!

I am very impressed with the service and product of this company. I had 8 windows and a patio door replaced. These were done by two men, Humberto and Angel, who were absolutely great. They were very friendly, polite and professional. They clearly know what they are doing and they did a wonderful job. My windows are absolutely gorgeous and I am loving the blue color to them. I am appreciative of the quality of the windows and as well as the excellent service provided. I am glad I listened to my mother who recommended them as she had the same experience with this company when she had her windows replaced. After checking with several other glass companies in the Phoenix area we decided to go with Energy Shield and we're so happy that we did. We decided to enclose our outdoor patio to utilize it year around and every window and glass company only wanted to install the glass and wanted us to find a framer, stucco men, etc.. Energy Shield was the ONLY company that agreed to complete the entire patio enclosure by themselves..their men were polite, courteous, extremely clean , neat and professional. In addition to their excellent service their cost was more than half of all other companies...I HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting window/glass work to call only them...you will not regret my advice.

We looked into working with several companies and we are thrilled with our decision to work with Energy Shield for the sliding door for our yoga room! They provided excellent customer service, reasonable costs, and communication every step of the way from sales to customer support/scheduling to install. All of their service and install teams were responsive and highly professional. The install team prepped the room to ensure dust did not get everywhere. They left everything very neat and clean! From the beginning, the sales visit, the estimate, contract and installation, I could not be more pleased with Energy Shield and all the windows that they replaced. The crew were excellent, professional and diligent in removing the old windows and rather quickly replacing with the new ones (especially so because the outside temps were over 100°). And the huge window wall the crew installed with sliding doors is exceptional. It is a dramatic presence that amazes everyone who has seen it. The finish work, stucco and drywall repair and clean-up were also excellent and efficient. Energy Shield Windows and Doors is truly top-notch and a company that I proudly will recommend.

We chose Energy Shield for several reasons…. They make the windows custom to what you want… Our prior windows had transoms which we wanted to get rid of and secondly we have a small guest bath window that no other company could make and they made one…. Installers were great…. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable ….. after installation there were 3 windows with a scratch in them. They were out the next day to replace the windows… awesome customer service as well… highly recommend them…..

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Energy Shield. We had 16 windows and a patio door replaced and the entire project went smoothly. From meeting with Robert the sales rep to installation, the Energy Shield personnel were professional and efficient. Our job required cutting away the stucco, removing the old windows and door, installing the new products, and re-stuccoing. The installation guys were conscientious and neat, cleaning up as they went along. The windows look great and the stucco job was perfect. I have no qualms in strongly recommending Energy Shield. BTW, we met with 6 companies before choosing Energy Shield and after this experience, I will go straight to them if I ever have new needs for windows.

From the estimate thru the installation. It was a wonderful experience! Our estimator(Jeff) was friendly, straight forward, answered all our questions and gave us our estimate.The installation went perfect!The main installer Julio and his coworker were awesome. We kept feeding them water on a very hot morning and were very appreciative!They were on time, courteous, answered our questions and very mindful of our property. The process of removing our two old jealousy windows was a bit of a challenge but they did it with ease.The window installation went very smooth, had to adapt the new window moldings, caulked and then the guys cleaned up, like they were never there. Took the old windows and trim. We thanked them very much and they were off to the next job! We previously had windows replaced by another company that installed Energy Shield windows, and they quoted us prices much higher than when we worked with Energy Shield directly. Energy Shield’s installation quality is also much higher in our experience. The interior trim on our windows installed by the other company looks sloppy and is failing in places after only a few years. The attention to detail by Energy Shield’s installers is great, and the installation on all our windows looks clean and professional. The Energy Shield crew showed up on time and began installing with out a hitch. They covered the floors inside and picked up all their trash before they left. I walked with Ramon the job Forman and identified locks that’s needed adjustment and this was taken care of immediately. They cleaned the window tracks so every window glided and moved with literally one finger. They cleaned the glass and left the windows looking new. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Shield. Energy shield installed replacement windows for our entire home. From a price perspective, they could not be beat. Their install team was good. Their work was generally neat and they generally respected our home. Their finished product seems good.What wasn't great:The QC from their factory leaves something to be desired. 4 of 9 openings had window panes that were scratched upon install. One of the replacement panes sent also had scratches. I am at a complete loss as to why these would have been sent. Some of the scratches were on the inside surface of the window panes, so the damage didn't happen in transit. Additionally, one of the wi dow locks did not work and a screen was missing.They ended up coming out twice after install to make all the windows acceptable. The guys who came for the rework were very nice, but it was very inconvenient that they had to come twice. During one of these visits, one of the guys was carrying a larger window pane on his own and damaged a family photo and the adjacent wall paint.Somethings to be aware of:The time to install was about 3 months. This was significantly longer than other, more expensive options.The caulking around the new window frames seems wider and a bit messier than the other replacement windows I have seen installed in our condo complex. Minor, but potentially irritating to someone who likes neat work.4 stars:Because of the price, I would use them again in spite of the other items.The inconvenience of requiring 3 total visits.The unecessary damage to our photo and wall and the reluctance of the supervisor to arrive at a reasonable accommodation which put the finish guy in an awkward position (which he handled very well.)

This is the second large slider that Energy Shield has installed and each time, the price was right, they provided full service including dry wall, electrical snd patching (excluding Painting). Every contractor was on time and did quality work. The entire project was completed on time with minimal disruption. I would buy from Energy Shield again. No question.

Benny & Ramon just completed my whole house replacement installation of windows and sliding patio glass doors and it amazing what a difference they make. Itt was a 2 day job and they arrived on time yesterday and got right on it. They were both very professional and obviously took pride in doing a great job. The windows and doors were made to order in their factory and each fit perfectly as they should the first time they were put in place and no doubt will be a huge improvement to keep my house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The products are made here in Phoenix to deal with the extreme heat and fine dust and they have a warranty that backs up their product claims. I was happy with my decision to buy Energy Shield and even happier now after the install. Great product, expert installers and very happy customer.
